HOW TO PAY

The following are our preferred methods of receiving payment:

Bank transfer to BSB 034 058 (Westpac), a/c number 143886. Please quote your surname and invoice number as a reference, and email us with your payment details on admin@sunnybanktennis.com.au

Credit card by phone (07 3841 3187) or in person. Please note credit card payments attract a 1.5% fee and minimum payment is $15

Mail to Sunnybank Tennis Club, 29 Padstow Rd, Eight Mile Plains, Q 4113, Australia

In person at our Padstow Road address. We accept cash, cheque, eftpos or credit card. (n.b. note credit card fee as above) If office unattended please use our honesty box located outside office

All lesson and fixture payments due no later then end of week 2

CENTRE POLICY RELATING TO WET WEATHER, MISSED LESSONS, PUPIL FREE DAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:

• Lessons will be held on pupil free days at the Padstow Road centre only, not at schools
• No lessons are held anywhere on public holidays
• Lessons cancelled by Sunnybank Tennis Club, prior to their start time due to wet weather, will be conducted on a Saturday/Sunday - at a time to be advised
• We are unable to offer makeup lessons for any reason other than due to wet weather (as detailed above). Please contact us only if there are exceptional circumstances for non-attendance, as your payment for the term is guaranteeing a place with a coach for a particular lesson time and day each week. It is not refundable or exchangeable
